All our products are designed with you in mind and are ethically made with love by our amazing manufacturers in India and China.

I just placed an order; when will it ship? 
We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 days for processing before your order ships out. Average shipping times are 1-3 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number after 2 business days, please email us at info@narzbaby.com.

 I am not in love with my order; can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. We only allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- A valid shipping invoice must be included.

Can I cancel or make a change to my order after it has been placed?
Since we aim to ship as quickly as possible, orders are processed in real time and cannot be changed once placed or canceled once they have been submitted.

How long does shipping take?
Currently, we ship to all of the US. The average shipping time is 5-7 business days.
